Our founder, Betty Tsamis comes from a line of hard-working immigrants and business owners. Betty has a rich background in Legal Aid, HR Management, and business environments. Her blended background results in practical and powerful advice and advocacy. Betty is a proud member of multiple professional organizations, sits on various bar association committees, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is licensed in Illinois, Colorado and Arizona.
